At about 12:55am, on Sunday, November 7, 2010, officers from Area B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of 64 Mascot Street. On arrival, officers observed and located a male in his late teens suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The victim, suffering from life-threatening injuries, was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced.
