Boston Police Investigate Pedestrian Fatality in Roxbury


At about 8:10pm, on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to a radio call for a pedestrian struck in the area of Amory Street and Columbus Avenue, Roxbury.  

On arrival, officers observed the victim being treated by Boston EMS. The victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.

The facts and circumstances of this incident remain under investigation and there are no further details are available at this time.
