At about 4:13am, Wednesday, December 25, 2013, officers from District E-5 (West Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a person with a gun in the area of 80 Brookway Road, Roslindale.
On arrival, officers observed the male victim, in his 30s, with injuries to his face and head area. The victim stated to officers while walking in the area of Brookway Road, he was approached by three males. The victim stated to officers two of the three suspects brandished a firearm and demanded money from him. When the victim did not comply, he was assaulted by the suspects. The victim stated to officers he was then forced into his apartment building by the suspects.
While inside the apartment, the suspects demanded money and the second victim gave the suspects an undisclosed amount of money. The suspects then fled from the building.
Officers conducted a search of the area for the suspects, and to no avail. Officers recovered two firearms in the area.
