Help BPD Identify Suspect Wanted in Connection with Assault and Battery in the Area of 553 Boylston St.

At about, 10:25PM, Friday, June 26th, 2013, officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to a radio call for an Assault in the area of 553 Boylston St. (Burger King).

On arrival, officers were approached by the victim who was bleeding from multiple lacerations to the face. The victim stated that he was punched and struck with a chair numerous times by a black male suspect inside of the Burger King. Officers spoke with witnesses who stated there had been a large group of black males and females, in the 20-25 year old range, who had been causing a loud commotion. When asked to leave multiple times, the group ignored the staff’s requests. The witnesses stated that the victim had asked the group to quiet down as well, to which the black male suspect responded by punching and striking the victim with a chair multiple times. The suspect then fled on foot towards Boylston St.

The suspect is described as a light skinned black male, about 20-25 years old, 6′ tall, muscular build, short black hair, wearing a white shirt and dark jeans. The suspect then fled the area with the large group.
