Police Investigate a Motor Vehicle Accident Involving a Stolen Dirt Bike


At about, 10:35PM, Thursday August 8, 2013, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to a radio call for a Motor Vehicle Accident in the area of Washington Street and Westminster Avenue Roxbury.

On arrival, officers observed Boston Fire Department assisting an adult male victim who had been driving a dirt bike. Boston EMS transported the victim to Boston Medical Center for life threatening injuries. The dirt bike had been reported stolen.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) detectives at 617-343-5628.
