BPD Homicide Detectives Arrest Suspect Wanted in Death Investigation in the area of 205 Bowdoin Street


At about 7:22pm, on Thursday, October 16, 2014, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed in the area of 205 Bowdoin Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located a victim suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound. The victim, suffering from life threatening injuries, was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased. The victim has since been identified as Gerald Williamson, 31, of Boston.

After a complete and thorough investigation, detectives assigned to the Boston Police Homicide Unit were able to identify and locate the individual wanted in connection to this incident. On Monday, October 20, 2014, detectives arrested Edgardo Clark, 29, of Quincy and charged him with Murder.
