Keeping Boston Safe: Officers Recover Guns, Drugs and Cash After Executing Search Warrant in Roslindale


At about 10:26 AM on Saturday October 24, 2015, officers assigned to District E-5 (West Roxbury) and E-18 (Hyde Park) Drug Control Units executed a search warrant as part of an active and ongoing investigation in the area of 4421 Washington Street in Roslindale.  Officers were able to locate and recover in excess of 18 grams of crack cocaine, a loaded .45 caliber Espana Star SA handgun, a loaded 9mm Ruger SR9C handgun, 140 rounds of ammunition as well as $1,815 in U.S. Currency.

 As a result, the target of the investigation, Reginald Brinson, 39, of West Roxbury, was placed in custody without incident and will appear in West Roxbury District Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Possession of a Firearm while in the Commission of a Felony, Improper Storage of a Firearm and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drugs.
