UPDATE: BPD Detectives Identify & Arrest Suspect Wanted in Connection to Non-Fatal Shooting in Roxbury

As the result of an ongoing investigation into the arrest of Shaun Harrison after a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in the area of 100 Magazine Street in Roxbury, detectives from the Area B-2 Investigative Unit executed a search warrant at his residence on March 6, 2015 at 18 Pompeii Street, Roxbury. After the search warrant was executed, detectives recovered two handguns, a rifle, a shotgun, multiple calibers of ammunition, trafficking weight of cocaine and a large amount of marijuana. Detectives also observed a large gang mural inside of Harrison’s apartment. 

At about 7:13pm, on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 100 Magazine Street in Roxbury. On arrival, officers observed a male victim in his late teens suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. After a complete and thorough review of the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident, detectives were able to establish the identity of the individual wanted in connection to the shooting.  

On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, officers located and arrested Shaun Harrison, 55, of Boston and charged him with Assault with Intent to Murder, Aggravated Assault & Battery and the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
