BPD in the Community: Shooting Touch’s G3 Program and Boston Police Support Girls through the Game of Basketball

Check out this video produced by “Shooting Touch” that highlights the great work done supporting girls in the Boston community through their collaboration with the Boston Police. “Getting Girls in the Game,” or G3, is a Boston-based sport-for-development program run by nonprofit organization, Shooting Touch. The summer program, enrolling over seventy-five Boston city girls ages 10 through 15, features a partnership between G3 and the Boston Police Department that provides a safe, supportive, sport-based response to barriers in girls’ health, self-esteem, and access to regularly scheduled physical activity.
