UPDATE: Victim Identified in Death Investigation in the area of 11 Emrose Terrace in Dorchester


VICTIM IDENTIFIED: At about 6:48 PM on Friday, October 5, 2018, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of Alexander Street and Bird Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital. While on scene, officers were directed to the area of 11 Emrose Terrace in Dorchester where a second male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, was located. The male, believed to be in his twenties, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has since been identified as Gabriel Rodriguez, 22 of Dorchester.
