Keeping Boston Safe: Execution of Search Warrant Leads to One Arrest and Recovery of a Firearm, Drugs and Cash in Roxbury

At about 11:20 AM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 members of the B-2 (Roxbury) Drug Control Unit as well as officers assigned to the district executed a search warrant in the area of 2875 Washington Street in Roxbury. As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered the following items: 

  • Taurus PT111 PRO firearm loaded with 11 rounds of live ammunition

  • High capacity feeding devices

  • Ammunition

  • Electric stun gun

  • Hundreds of prescription narcotics

  • US Currency 

Officers arrested Larinso Myers, 69-years-old of Roxbury and charged him with Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Unlawful Possession Ammunition, Unlawful Possession of High Capacity Feeding Device, five counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class E. Myers is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
