At about 11:39 PM on Tuesday July 3, 2018, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 134 Crawford Street in Roxbury. On arrival, officers located a male victim in his thirties suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim, suffering life threatening injuries, was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
