At about 3:10 PM on Saturday, July 7, 2018, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 76 Homestead Street in Roxbury. On arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wounds. The victim, who suffered life-threatening injuries, was transported to Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.
