BPD in the Community: Hi-5-Friday stops by the Saint John Paul II Academy in Dorchester

Hi-5-Friday stops by the Saint John Paul II Academy in Dorchester: Earlier this morning, Friday, September 21, 2018, Boston Police Officers had a phenomenal time connecting with and making a positive impression while high-fiving the kids from the Saint John Paul II Academy in Dorchester. As you can clearly see in the photos, the kids could not have been more excited to see our officers and our officers could not have been more excited about connecting with and positively interacting with the kids. Said one of the officers, “It’s so important for the kids to see and interact with us in a positive, fun, friendly environment. Keeping kids safe is one of our most important priorities. When kids see police officers, we want them to see people who care about keeping them safe. And, Hi-5-Friday is a perfect way to send that message.”
