ONE LESS GUN: At about 02:00 AM, on Friday, September 21, 2018, officers assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) made an onsite firearm arrest in the area of Dudley Street and Langdon Street, Roxbury. Officers observed a dark motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed fail to stop at a red light. Officers activated their emergency lights and siren but the motor vehicle continued at a high rate of speed and refused to stop. Officers pulled behind the vehicle which had finally stopped in the area of 6 Shirley Street in Roxbury.
Officers approached the driver’s side of the vehicle and observed the glove box to be broken off and on the floor of the passenger side. Recovered from the motor vehicle was a silver-colored Jimenez Arms .380 firearm, loaded with 5 rounds in the 6-round magazine, a medium size white rock-like substance and a small black digital scale.
Wilson was charged with the following: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, Failure to Stop for Police, and Resisting Arrest.
