Death Investigation in the area of 3100 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain

 

Death Investigation in the area of 3100 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain: At about 3:32pm, on Friday, January 18, 2019, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to a call for a person or persons shot in the area of 3100 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain. On arrival, officers located two adult males suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to area hospitals where they were treated for life threatening injuries. One of the victims later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.    

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
