BPD Seeks Public’s Help in Effort to Identify Individual Wanted in Connection to Bank Robbery in Dorchester

The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an individual as it relates to the following incident:

At about 10:51 AM on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a panic alarm at 305 Talbot Avenue (East Boston Savings Bank) in Dorchester. On arrival officers spoke to one of the tellers who stated an unknown white Hispanic male approached her window and passed her a note demanding money. The victim stated she handed over an undisclosed amount of US Currency to the suspect who took the money and the note, then fled on foot down Talbot Avenue toward Southern Avenue in Dorchester. A description of the suspect was broadcast and officers searched the area for him to no avail.
