BPD Investigators Arrest Two on Human Trafficking Charges after Investigation in Downtown section of Boston: A coordinated investigative effort spearheaded by detectives assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) along with the BPD and FBI’s Human Trafficking Units has resulted in the arrest of two individuals now facing charges in connection to human trafficking crimes in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston.Earlier today, on Monday, May 6, 2019, officers arrested two female suspects on charges of Human Trafficking. At about 12:20pm, officers located and arrested Zhou Feng, 57, of Medford and Mei Zhang, 44, of Boston. Both suspects are scheduled to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.
