At about 11:46PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, officers assigned to District E18 (Hyde Park) responded to the area of 815 Hyde Park Avenue for a report of several males attempting to break into a building.
On arrival, officers observed three males crouched down near a motor vehicle in the rear driveway of 811 Hyde Park Avenue. As officers approached, the three males fled on foot in the direction of Forest Hills. Officers utilized their flash lights to clearly illuminate the suspects and apprehended them a short time later.
Recovered from the scene were three firearms: a loaded Ruger P95 9mm, containing 5 rounds in the chamber, a Micro Desert Eagle .380, a Glock 26 9mm, containing 13 rounds of ammunition in a large capacity feeding device, $356.00 in US Currency, 4 small plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, 5 plastic packages of blunt wraps, and a small plastic baggy containing 1 vile of commercially packaged THC oil.
Eric Andujar, 22, of Hyde Park was placed under arrest and charged with: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Possession with Intent to Distribute, Class D, Drugs.
Luis Munoz, 22, of Roxbury was placed under arrest and charged with: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Possession with Intent to Distribute, Class D, Drugs.
The 17-year-old Juvenile of Hyde Park was placed under arrest and charged with: Delinquent to wit Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Delinquent to wit Possession with intent to Distribute, Class D, Drugs.
All three suspects will be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
