At about 12:45 AM on Thursday, August 1, 2019, officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of 58 Percival Street in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located ballistic evidence and damaged motor vehicles. At about 12:54 AM, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) responded to a report of a walk-in gunshot victim at a local hospital. Officers arrived on scene and located a non-viable adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds inside of a motor vehicle. A second male victim with apparent gunshot wounds was being treated inside of the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
