The Men and Women of the Boston Police Department Will Never Forget Those Lost on 9/11

Earlier today, at about 1:00 pm on September, 11, 2019, The Massachusetts 9/11 Fund commemorated the 9/11 victims during a Wreath Laying Ceremony that took place in the Boston Public Garden. Some of those in attendance were Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, Mayor of Boston, Martin J. Walsh and Boston Police Commissioner William G. Gross.

Family members of 9/11 victims were invited to lay the wreath in place while everyone joined in a 30 second moment of silence. To all lost on that fateful day eighteen years ago, we promise to forever remember and never forget your service, sacrifice and heroism.
