UPDATE: Victims Identified in Triple Homicide in the Area of 153 Intervale St.

 

At about 4:18 AM, Saturday, June 22, 2013, officers from district B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a Persons Shot at a house party in the area of 153 Intervale Street, Roxbury

On arrival, officers located three victims inside the above location suffering from apparent gun shot wounds. One male victim, in his early twenties was transported to Beth Israel Hospital, and other male and female victims, also in their early twenties were transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital. All three victims were later pronounced deceased. The victims have been identified as: Brian Tirado, 23 of Dorchester, Ana Cruz, 22 of Dorchester and Felix Garcia, 22 of Dorchester.

Police are looking for a maroon or red, older looking Mercury motor vehicle in connection with this incident.

Police Arrest Suspect in Dorchester Breaking and Entering

 

At about 6:48 PM on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, Officers from district B-2 (Dorchester) responded to a call for a breaking and entering in progress in the area of 16 Lingard Street.

The caller stated that two black males wearing dark clothes exited the vacant building. Witnesses stated the two males were now at the side of the building. Upon arrival officers observed one black male wearing dark clothes running through backyards making his way toward Chamblet Street/Hartford Street. Several people stood outside their homes pointing the direction the male was traveling.

Officers observed a black male with no shirt and dark green sweatpants walking out of the backyard of 28 Hartford Street. Officers escorted the male, identified as the suspect to the street. The officers located the suspect’s black t-shirt and keys on the back porch of 28 Hartford Street.

Witnesses also identified the suspect as the man they saw running through the backyards towards Chamblet Street/Hartford Street. Officers placed the suspect under arrest and transported him to Area B-2 for booking.

Issac Gaskins, 27, of Dorchester, is charged with Breaking and Entering to a Building.

Officers responded to Half Moon Street where the suspect stated his car was parked and recovered the stolen copper.

Police Investigate Shooting in the Area of Norwell Street in Dorchester

 

At about 7:04 PM, on Tuesday June 18, 2013, officers from District 3 (Dorchester) responded to multiple calls for shots fired in the area of 212 Norwell Street.

On arrival officers observed a crowd gathering and identified a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Victim was transported to Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Officers spoke to a second victim who stated that the victims were in a parked motor vehicle when a black SUV pulled up next to motor vehicle #1 and fired shots at the victims. The second victim is uninjured. Motor vehicle #1 had one bullet hole in the driver’s door and shattered glass from the driver’s window inside the car. The second victim stated her young child was in the vehicle at the time shots were fired.
