Police Investigate Person Shot in the Area of 15 Dorchester Street

 

At about 12:18 AM, Sunday, August 18 2013, officers from district C-6 (South Boston) responded to a radio call for a Person Shot in the area of 15 Dorchester Street, South Boston.

On arrival, officers were met by two males outside the residence who stated an adult female victim was inside.  The officers located the victim suffering from an apparent gun shot wound.  One of the males stated he had found a firearm in a box and when he removed it, it accidently went off.  The suspect was placed into custody.

A loaded Intratec 9mm Luger TEK-DC9 Firearm was recovered.

Christopher Cunningham, 44, of Quincy, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Large Capacity Feeding Device, Firearm Discharged within 500 ft of a Dwelling, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

 

 

Boston Police Investigate Shooting in the area of 640 Morton Street, Mattapan

 

At about 12:48 AM, Saturday, August 17th 2013, officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 640 Morton Street, Mattapan.

On arrival, officers located the male victim, in his twenties, outside suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  The victim was transported to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and is listed in critical condition.

Police Investigate Shooting in the Area of 3096 Washington Street

 

At about 10:44 PM on Thursday, August 15, 2013 responded to 3096 Washington St for shots fired call.

Upon arrival officers observed a blood trail leading across the street on to 3096 Washington Street ending at the municipal parking lot.

Upon further investigation a male victim was suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound was located at 72 Bragdon Street. The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center for nonlife threatening injuries. The victim stated to officers that an older model Infiniti, silver in color, occupied with numerous individuals drove by and opened fire at him.  Officers searched the area to no avail.

Police Investigate Shooting in the Area of Norwell Street in Dorchester

 

At about 7:04 PM, on Tuesday June 18, 2013, officers from District 3 (Dorchester) responded to multiple calls for shots fired in the area of 212 Norwell Street.

On arrival officers observed a crowd gathering and identified a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Victim was transported to Boston Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Officers spoke to a second victim who stated that the victims were in a parked motor vehicle when a black SUV pulled up next to motor vehicle #1 and fired shots at the victims. The second victim is uninjured. Motor vehicle #1 had one bullet hole in the driver’s door and shattered glass from the driver’s window inside the car. The second victim stated her young child was in the vehicle at the time shots were fired.
